Report a game problem

Include your browser, device, approximate screen size and what happened. A screenshot and the messages shown during the mission can help reproduce a clue or display problem. Avoid sending passwords, sensitive personal information or precise personal location.

Data corrections and rights questions

For a data question, include the city, clue text, unit setting and calendar month when the mission began. Consult the measurement notes first: the game uses historical climate and surrounding-area statistics, which can differ from current weather or administrative totals.

For copyright or dataset attribution concerns, identify the material and provide the relevant source or ownership information.
